Natural Tooth Whitening Recipe:
1) Mash 1 ripe organic strawberry with 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
2) Apply mixture to teeth, let sit for 5 minutes, rinse, then brush as usual!
Peppermint Anise Toothpaste:
3 Tablespoons Organic Coconut Oil
3 Tablespoons Baking Soda
5 Drops Organic Peppermint Essential Oil
3 drops of Liquid Anise
Put the organic coconut oil and baking soda in a bowl and mash up with a fork until blended. Add the peppermint essential oil and stevia and continue to mash and stir until you’ve reached toothpaste consistency.…now BRUSH, BRUSH, BRUSH!!
